RAJAWE00 job for AA Fiscal year change not running

HI,

I have schedule back ground job RAJAWE00, for fixed asset fiscal year change. When I ran it in Test run it showing Green and no erros but when I run it in backgroud, the job is not runing, it is showing "Delay seconds"..

Please advise
