ISAGENT patching does not fulfill the prerequisite

hi

I am using solution manager 7.1 and adding a SAP ABAP system in manage system configuration.

At the check prerequisites phase, I get the error "ISAGENT does not fulfill the prerequisites (installed: 8 SP23, expected: 8 SP024"

On solution manager, system information, I see that the version.

when searching on SAP marketplace, I cant find the SP24 on support package and patches

please guide.

Is it mandatory to upgrade ISAGENT? if not, how do I download it?
