Dear Folks,
Current scenario - if employee work more than scheduled hours the extra hours are considered as overtime and it is updated with separate quota type in IT2006 monthly
New Requirement -Over time allocation cannot take place until a full year has elapsed. i.e., if an employee has done some over time this month ( December 2014) this will be paid only after 1 year ( January 2016). so, eventually employee should wait for 1 year to get his over time hours.
